AUSLESE (EXCELLENT-SELECT)

The Meeting of Delegates of the V.D.H. (SV-Netherlands) decided in 2007 to introduce the "Auslese" title in the Netherlands. This made it possible to honor the best dogs in the Dutch GSD Sieger Event with the "Auslese" title for the first thime in 2008 in Wouwse-Plantage. The titles will be given in 2009 too and that's why you can find the Auslese-rules underneath.

Auslese-Rules

Award title V-Auslese (Excellent Select) - NL. Rules set by the Meeting of Delegates VDH (SV)-Netherlands, May 2007, and resolution Delagates Meeting WUSV, Ulm 2005.
 
1. The board of the VDH (SV)-Netherlands awards the title V-Auslese NL.
2. Your dog has to compete in the working-dog class.
3. Only dogs come into question that at least have got the working title IPO/SchH/VH 1 or official Police service-dog. Foreign dogs have to prove on the day of the championship that they have passed an examination in the international examination-class., as long those dogs do not have a working-title accepted either by the VDH-, WUSV- test regulations or any test regulation admitted by the SV (WUSV).
4. Dogs, that are supposed to reach the V-Auslese-title for the second time have to have the working title IPO/SchH/VH 3 or Police sevice-dog. (see point 3).
5. The helpers in the couragetest are certified helpers appointed by the board VDH-NL and breeders-committee.
6. The couragetest (TSB assessement) will be judges by WUSV / SV approved judges.
7. The couragetest (TSB assessement) is according the rules of the Breed Survey (Körordnung).

9. Only those dogs which have received the top grade "Pronounced" for the TSB assessement can be awarded the title V-Auslese NL.
10. The couragetest will be held before the stand-examination.
11. The dog has to be breed surveyed Class 1.
12. The dog has to descent from breed-surveyed parents (Körzucht). Points 11 and 12 have to be proved on the day of the championship.
13. Dogs from abroad where no breed-survey (Körung) takes place, are excluded from points 11 and 12.
14. The dog has to have a recognised HD-result.
15. DNA of the dog has to be stored (to prove on the day of the championship).
16. Born after 1.1.2004, ED results have to be recognised by the FCI or SV / WUSV at least normal (free), fast normal (borderline) or noch zugelassen (grade 1). (to prove on the day of the championship).
17. The judge will propose the titles V-Auslese NL. The titles will be awarded by the breed warden of the board VDH-NL or a delegate from the board of the VDH-NL
